The Power Of Fear
Fear is the ‘King of the Human Mind.’ It distorts the human psychology, it is a tricky human emotion. Uncertainty has handcuffed our being to fear. Everyday we walk out of the house in hope of coming back in one peace. Influenced by the fear of death, fear of danger. We have to encourage ourselves that we are capable of achieving a task, fear of losing, fear of becoming a fool.
The issue of ‘Black Lives Matter’ emancipated from fear. The white man scared to be devoured by the black man, the black man refusing to cower because of the white man. The fear led to Protests, The fear led to ideas, The fear led to remembrance of the days of slavery. They feared reliving the past and started to fight back. Fear led to pandemonium and bloodshed. Fear created Beings seeking vengeance for blood. Fear led to war.
There’s the Fear of insects, fear of heights, Panic Attacks, etc. Every person has a unique fear.
Do you know what fear does to your body? Well... the nerves around your rib cage and torso are on inflated alert, causing a heavy feeling on you chest.
Visualize a needle being pierced I to your ear.
You can’t go through with it without cringing once or twice. Fear... Even though it’s just the imagination. But if you through with it without cringing then KUDOS to you!
No really! Kudos!
Fear isn’t always bad, it puts greatness in motion at times. Your spouse hits you today, The fear of continuity makes you confide in someone for advice. It alerts us of danger.
Stress is induced by our thoughts by your current situation. Stress is based on fear, stress is worrying and overthinking. Do you worry or overthink if there isn’t a fear of something lurking in a mental corner.
Embrace Fear, it only burns when it envelops you.
