Well, probably this might come as a surprise to a lot of people that know me but yes, I'm a Sapophile.
Being Sapiosexual is being attracted to intelligence, it is the most sexually attractive feature, behavior of becoming attracted to or aroused by intelligence and its use. Yes I see a pretty handsome guy and I'm attracted like 'Damn! He fine!' But honestly nothing attracts me more than an intelligent person, nothing arouses me more than a guy who knows his books, who has a depth to is knowledge. A guy who gets deep with his book. His brain is basically as attractive as his appearance. You can't be good looking and be dumb and walk up to me and then expect me to pay attention, you can't not be able to impact to my life and give me a crystal clear sight on new things, you can't not be able to juggle vocabulary with minimal effort. Healthy and happy relationships do not depend on looks and sexual chemistry no, it is beyond that for a sapiosexual. Being Sapiosexual is nothing weird it's just being more aroused by how the other person holds a conversation, how the other person educates you, enlightens you. Foreplay instead of oral sex and stuff, it's more like a mini debate, hearing the other person talk bout something they are passionately invested in.
Being Sapiosexual is in the genetic makeup, in the DNA , the attraction to a smart person. You cn be as smart as the person or less smart than the person. You don't choose to be Sapophile you just are. If you both are intellectualy stimulating, such relationships last more than  physical attraction.
