Hello Deities, 

AQUARIUS

Okay, let me tell you all you need to know about an Aquarius.  Your lovely writer, is an Aquarius herself which is why I’m defying the House placement to start with my house.  As I should!

Aquarius is an air sign, a stable air sign, most people mistake as a water sign because… Aqua… yeah, we get it! Move on! Derived from Latin, Aquarius means the Water Bearer or Water Carrier. We are ruled by Uranus, the contemporary ruler and Saturn our planetary  ruler. These intense planets are responsible for our rebellious streaks and analytic side. 

Uranus is famous for being disruptive and Saturn is known for being disciplined and responsible. 

Aquarians are not much alike, as we have our strong sense of individuality. We’re freaks, we’re geeks, very intelligent lot, dare I say so with all my chest! 

In your lifetime, you might come across two types of Aquarius, the shy, sensitive and gentle one or the vibrant, exuberant and lively one.   

Aquarians often need a safe haven, we are usually withdrawn from the everything happening around us. Withdrawn doesn’t mean we do not know everything happening, in fact our love for isolation makes us good observers. We are friendly even though we might not look like it, we also love meeting new people. As much as we can handle being alone and it might look like we love or enjoy being alone, we really do not. Why? Because we do not like to be alone with our thoughts which can become very loud. We are over thinkers.  We are very emotional but we know just how well to keep our emotions in check until we burst…Aquarians are professionals in dishing the silent treatment. Aquarians are usually a depressed lot, we bottle up their feelings instead of voice out. We suffer in silence, refusing people the chance to be there for us while we are there to support others. Perhaps if we could stop over analyzing and speak to people about how we are feeling or what we are thinking, we would pull out of our depressed state, but it’s easier said than done. We only open up to those we trust and we deem worthy.

We see the beauty in everything, mostly we find beauty in imperfections, in  things that bend the norm of the society.  We love adventures. 

Pick your words carefully around an Aquarius, we never forget… EVER! We have love and courage in our heart always until we someone messes with us.
