Role Overview

We are looking for a Research & Growth Marketing Manager to join us on a 3-month contract. This role is focused on turning market research and strategic outreach into qualified leads, booked conversations, and signed engagements. You will help CAMP show up in the right markets, speak clearly to decision-makers, and move prospects from interest to action.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys research, structured outreach, clear writing, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Intelligence

• Research and map target African regions, tech hubs, and priority industries

• Identify competitor activity, gaps in the market, and underserved niches

• Track regional trends around cybersecurity, privacy, risk, and compliance

• Identify companies showing growth signals that align with CAMP’s services

Strategic Outreach & Lead Generation

• Plan and run targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns

• Reach founders, executives, and senior decision-makers

• Drive prospects toward free 30-minute consultation calls

• Support movement from booked calls to proposals and paid engagements

Content & Messaging

• Write clear, business-focused content including newsletters and LinkedIn posts

• Translate complex security topics into simple, value-driven messaging

• Create light sales support content such as one-pagers and insight briefs

Tracking & Reporting

• Track outreach activity, responses, booked calls, and pipeline progress

• Share weekly updates on results, learnings, and next steps

What We’re Looking For

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Clear, confident writing and communication

• Experience with outreach, marketing, or sales-support roles

• Ability to work independently and hit weekly execution goals

• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt messaging based on feedback

Prior cybersecurity experience is not required, but curiosity and structure are essential.

Contract Details

• Compensation: ₦300,000 per month

• Duration: 3-month contract

• Location: Remote
