We're Hiring: Global Marketing & Growth Strategy Manager at CAMP
If you've been lurking in the shadows of B2B marketing, watching cybersecurity startups from afar and wondering when you'd get your shot at something real, this might be it.
About CAMP (Because Context Matters)
CAMP isn't your typical cybersecurity company drowning in buzzwords and empty promises. They exist at the intersection of security strategy and actual operational impact, the kind of work that matters when systems go down, and data gets exposed.
With 15+ years of experience across federal systems, global consulting, and cloud environments, CAMP helps organizations scale securely without turning compliance into a bottleneck. They're building something different: predictive, growth-enabling cybersecurity that doesn't treat security like an annual checkbox exercise.
Their services span everything from GRC Automation and Managed Security Posture to Data Privacy & Trust solutions. They work with startups preparing for SOC 2, federal contractors navigating CMMC requirements, and nonprofits building governance that actually reflects their values.
The Role: Global Marketing & Growth Strategy Manager
This isn't a paint-by-numbers marketing gig. CAMP needs someone who can operate autonomously while collaborating directly with the founder to build comprehensive marketing strategies from the ground up. You'll be translating complex cybersecurity concepts into narratives that resonate globally, no small feat when your audience includes CISOs, CTOs, and C-suite executives across multiple continents.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Content Strategy & Creation
Develop social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube. Write blog posts, white papers, and thought leadership content (2-4 pieces monthly minimum). Create case studies that demonstrate real value. Implement SEO best practices and optimize website content for conversion.
Lead Generation & Outreach
Design and execute cold outreach campaigns targeting decision-makers globally. Achieve weekly targets of 75-150 personalized contacts across international markets. Develop nurture sequences for prospects at different buying journey stages. Build and maintain an organized pipeline with consistent follow-up protocols.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
Research and prioritize target markets across North America, Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. Analyze competitor strategies and identify market gaps. Monitor global compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, NDPR, POPIA) as market entry opportunities.
Strategic Partnerships
Identify and secure partnerships with technology providers, industry associations, and channel partners. Build relationships with industry influencers and media outlets. Develop co-marketing opportunities that expand market reach.

- 3-5 years B2B marketing experience (tech/SaaS/cybersecurity preferred)
- Proven track record in generating qualified leads and building global marketing strategies
- Expert-level writing, i.e., you can make technical concepts compelling

- Self-driven initiative with a startup mindset (comfortable with ambiguity)
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse global audiences
Required Tools:
CRM & Sales Tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), Email Marketing Platforms, Social Media Management Tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, Content Management Systems, Design Tools (Canva minimum; Adobe Creative Suite preferred)

Weeks 8-12: Conversion & Optimization – Drive qualified opportunities toward contracts, activate partnership channels, document playbooks for repeatability
Compensation & Contract Details

Work Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility for global time zones
Reviews: Formal performance reviews at 45 and 90 days
Bonus: Performance-based incentives tied to closed deals
How to Apply
If this sounds like your kind of challenge, here's what you need to send:
- Resume – Make it relevant
- Portfolio – Show us what you've built
- 2-3 Content Samples – Demonstrate your ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives
Deadline: January 30, 2026
Send your application materials to: shewa@kinstrategi.com
Final Thoughts
This role isn't for everyone. It's for the self-starters who see a blank canvas and start painting. For the strategists who understand that cybersecurity marketing isn't about fear-mongering, it's about building trust and demonstrating value. For the writers who can make GRC automation sound like something worth caring about.
If you're tired of cookie-cutter marketing roles and want to build something real with a cybersecurity company that's doing things differently, this is your opportunity.
Just don't miss the deadline.
