We’re Hiring: Social Media & AI Digital Content Creator (Remote)

TOFO House / Caisson Lighthouse Publishing is looking for a Social Media & AI Digital Content Creator to help bring our children’s educational brand to life across Instagram and TikTok.

This is a 3-month remote contract role (renewable), offering ₦200,000/month. We’re looking for someone creative, organized, and excited about using AI tools to shape modern digital storytelling for kids and parents.

You’ll be responsible for producing consistent, engaging content that blends education, storytelling, and AI-driven creativity. This includes creating AI avatar videos, voiceovers, and social media content that fits our playful, exploratory brand world.

• Compensation: ₦200,000/month
• Start: Immediate / Upon selection
• Reporting To: Founder

What You’ll Do

• Create 5 posts weekly across Instagram and TikTok
• Produce AI avatar videos using HeyGen
• Generate voiceovers using ElevenLabs
• Edit and assemble content using Canva and related tools
• Build and submit monthly content calendars for approval
• Upload weekly content 7 days in advance for review
• Track performance using Metricool and report insights

This Role Is For You If

You are creative, independent, and comfortable working with AI tools. You enjoy storytelling, digital media, and experimenting with new formats. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own workflow without constant supervision.
